Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Mon. March 18, 1991

ORLEANS- Louise R. Pitch, 70, of Orleans and formerly of Portland, died March 
16 in Ionia.

She was born in Eagle Township Oct. 20, 1920, the daughter of Lawrence and Ida 
Merchant Huhn.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest; three sons, Douglas and Kurt both of 
Portland and Howard of Hubbardston: 10 grandchildren; one brother, Allen Huhn 
of Eagle; two sisters, Frances Wohlscheid and Helen Brandsen both of Portland. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 19 at 1:30 p.m. at the Neller 
Funeral Home in Portland with the Rev. Stanley Finkbeiner of the Portland 
United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be at the Danby Cemetery.

Pall bearers will be Thomas Wohlscheid, Gary Wohlscheid, Charles Wohlscheid, 
Russell Brandsen, Floyd Luna and Kenneth Day.

The family will be at the funeral hoe from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 
9 p.m. Monday.
