Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard
William E. Post, 69, died early Saturday morning at his home in Orleans where he 
had been ill for three months.  He was the eldest son of Mr and Mrs Martin Post, 
pioneers of Orleans, and was born on the farm where he died.  He is survived by 
his widow, Caroline; one brother, Darwin Post of Hemlock, and a sister Lena Moys 
of St. Paul, Minnesota.

Funeral services will be held from the home Monday at 2 pm with interment in the 
Orleans cemetery.  The Rev. Thomas Rice of Belding will officiate.
