Feb. 7, 1994 CLARKSVILLE- Adrian J. Potter, 81, of Clarksville, died Feb. 6, 1994, at Pennock Hospital in Hastings. He was born Dec. 30, 1912, the son of Cornelius and Elizabeth (Goodblood) Potter. He attended Kellogsville schools, and married Ruth Jepson in 1942 in Clarksville. Mr. Potter served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He lived and farmed in the Clarksville area all his life. He attended the West Berlin Weslan Church and was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. Surviving are his wife Ruth; two daughters, Carol Copeland of Cedar Springs; and Marsha Potter of Grand Rapids; one brother; Fred Potter of Grand Rapids; five grandchildren six great grandchildren and seven step-grand children. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Elsie May Potter and one brother, John Potter. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Clarksville Weslan Church with the Rev. David Henry officiating. Interment will be at the Clarksville Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. at the Koops Funeral Chapel, Clarksville.
