Potter, 69, route 1, Woodland, passed away Sunday forenoon at Pennock Hospital, Hastings where she had been hospitalized one day. She was born February 19, 1900 in Campbell township, daughter of Bert and Ethel (Sparks)Heaven and was a lifelong resident of the Lake Odessa and Woodland areas. Mrs. Potter was a member of the Woodland United Brethren hurch and missionary society. Surviving are two sons, Richard of Richland and Charles of Lake Odessa; two daughters, Mrs.Carl (Ethel) Enz of Woodland and Mrs.Leonard (Evaline) Koutz of Hastings; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Heaven of Dunnellon, Fla.; and three sisters Mrs, Emery (Lena) Hines of Clarksville, Mrs.Archie (Letha) Lumbert of Schoolcraft and Mrs.Harry (Lillian) Clausen of Wyoming. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 3:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel. rev. George Speas officiated with burial in the Clarksville cemetery.
