The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, October 13, 1966

Funeral services for Alexander M. Poulos will be Friday at 2 o’clock at 
Boynton’s funeral home.  Burial will be in Balcom cemetery and Rev. Robert 
McComb will officiate.  A memorial fund has been established.

Subsequent Publication:  Saturday, October 15, 1966

Funeral services were Friday at 2 o’clock at Boynton funeral home for 
Alexander M. Poulos who died earlier this week.  

Bearers were Siguard Strand, Clayton Harwood, Max Stebbins, Ernest Smith, Dale 
Foltz and Julius Funk.  Rev. Robert McComb officiated and burial was in Easton 
cemetery.


Additional Comments:
Transcriber’s Note:  There is conflicting information in the two publications 
concerning the cemetery.  Local research has found he was buried in Balcom 
cemetery.
