HASTINGS- Gerald C. Price, 67, of 74  Culbert Drive, Hastings, died Aug. 5, in 
Pennock Hospital, Hastings.

He was born Dec. 16, 1914, in Hastings, the son of Forrest and Mae Ware Price.

He farmed in Barry County near Lake Odessa for several years.

He was a member of the Hastings Moose Lodge and was chosen as governor of the 
Moose Lodge in Delton. 

He is survived by his wife, Lucille; two sons, Steven and Thomas - both of lake 
Odessa; three step-daughters, Mrs. Darlene Everett of Woodland and Mrs. Connie 
May of Freeport and Mrs. Vicki Thelen of Lansing.

Also surviving are five granddaughters; nine step grandchildren; two sisters, 
Mrs. Pete (Neva) Smelker and Mrs. Paul (Helen) Berkey - both of Hastings; and 
two brothers, Kenneth of Alto and Beryl of Middleville. 

Two brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

Funeral services were Monday at 1 p.m. from the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel in 
lake Odessa. Burial was in Woodland Memorial Park.
