Charles was born on October 25, 1938 in Egypt, Arkansas, the son of Charles Sr. and Frida (Pipkin) Prichard. A veteran, Charles proudly served his country in the United State Navy for eight years on the USS Intripid. Charles was an extremely hard worker; he was employed by Clark equipment for 17 years and then Bradford White for 17 years before retiring. Charles loved being outdoors, fishing, hunting with his wife, livestock farming and gardening. He especially loved to can and freeze the vegetables from his garden. He also enjoyed lifting weights. Most important to Charles was his family, even when he was playing pranks on them. His grandkids were especially important, making sure he attended their sporting events. On November 17, 1961, Charles married the former Marcille Hill at Cedar creek Bible church who survives. Charles is also survived by daughters Brenda (Craig) Eberstein, Lisa (Kevin) Downs; Grandchildren, Benjamin Downs, Brandy Lawrey, Danielle Eberstein, Justin Eberstein; great grandchildren, Liam Downs, Amythest Eberstein, Audrey Thonnissen; brother, Charles (Linda) Prichard; sisters Patricia Foote and Linda (Lonnie) Hart; several nieces and nephews. Charle's family received friends on Tuesday, April 9, at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home where his funeral service was conducted on Wednesday, April 10, with Pastor Jeff Worden officiating. Interment with full military honors by American legion Post #45 took place at Cedar Creek Cemetery.
