She came to Lyons, New York, with her mother in 1852, and was married in 1855 to Alexander Pringle, and to this union three children were born: A.R. and George Pringle of Lyons and W. K. Pringle of Detroit. The family came to Michigan and settled in Lyons in 1865, and continued to reside at the home were she died. She united with the Methodist church about forty years ago, and in her home she has proved a faithful christian and a kind, good mother. The funeral was held from her home on Monday, April 5th, 1915, and laid to rest in Lyons cemetery beside her husband.
