Portland Observer - Thurs. March 25, 1915


Death Claims James M. Probart.

James M. Probart, a native of Portland township, died at Lake Odessa March 15th 
at the age of 68 years. He is survived by the widow. The funeral was attended 
by Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Probart and Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Vogt, of this place. 
Deceased left Portland about 40 years ago, never to return, but is nevertheless 
remembered by many of the older residents.
