Ionia Sentinel-Standard – Wed. Dec. 30, 1964

Mrs. Myrtie Pulispher, 77, of 447 East Lincoln Avenue died at 2 p.m. Tuesday in 
Ionia County Memorial hospital where she had been a patient since December 10.

She was born in Ludington April 24, 1887 and was the daughter of Richard and 
Jennie Jones Prankard. She was married to Adelbert Pulsipher in January 1910 
and had lived in Ionia more than 50 years.

Mrs. Pulsipher was a member of First Methodist church, WSCS and Mrs. R.A. 
Hawley Sunday school class. She was also a member of the Needlecraft, Minnie 
Howard and Good Cheer clubs.

She is survived by her husband, Adelbert, and a daughter, Wava. Another 
daughter, Pauline, died in 1945.

Funeral service will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Boynton funeral home. The Rev. 
Lester C. Bailey of First Methodist church will officiate and interment will be 
at Woodard Lake cemetery.
