The Portland Observer, March 18, 1915


Many friends are sympathizing with Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Pung, over the death 
of their three-weeks-old daughter, Katherine Gertrude, who died at the 
parental home three miles northeast of town Sunday morning of pneumonia.

Funeral services were conducted at St. Patrick’s church Wednesday afternoon at 
2:00 o’clock, Rev. John A. Koelzer officiating, and burial took place in the 
Catholic section of Portland cemetery.
