Belding Banner, 8 Aug 1895

Mrs. Homer Purdy died at her home three miles west of Smyrna, Monday, July 21,
1895, after a long and lingering sickness.  The funeral was held in Smyrna,
Friday the 25th.  Services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Husted, of Grand Rapids. 
A husband and three children remain to mourn the loss of a dear one.
