Leslie E. Quick, age 78, of Lake Odessa, passed from this life at his home 
surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015.  Leslie was born 
on December 5, 1936 to Russell and Dorotha (Adams) Quick.  In 1957 he 
married Shirley A. Combs.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman, along with 
enjoying working on cars and tractors along with camping.

He leaves behind wife Shirley; children, Vanessa (Richard) Tomlinson, Leslee 
(Ron) Crosby, Jeffery (Laura) Quick, Burl (Mary) Quick; 15 grandchildren; 16 
great-grandchildren; and brother, Ken Vaughn; also many nieces and nephews.  
Preceding Leslie in death were his parents; daughter, Joenia Lynn Quick; two 
sisters and one brother.

Funeral services took place on Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at the Koops Funeral 
Chapel.  Interment followed at Lakeside Cemetery in Lake Odessa.  Memorials 
can be given to Pennock Hospice in Leslie’s name.  Arrangements made by 
Koops Funeral Chapel, 935 4th Ave., Lake Odessa, MI 48849.
