Edith M. Quick, age 90, of Ionia, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2004, in 
Ionia. She was born Sept. 29, 1913, in Portland, Oregon, the daughter of 
Norman and Rose (Miller) Harding.

She was a member of ICMH Guild Cart and Lobby Shop. She retired from AC Spark 
Plug in Flint after 25 years.

She is survived by her daughter Jacqueline and Kenneth Dale of California; 
sister Marguerite and Robert Mestemaker of Ionia; grandchildren Kevin, Karen, 
Gregory, Steven, Alisa, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and a 
favorite nephew Craig and Brenda Mestemaker.  She was preceded in death by her 
husband Everett Charles; two sons Gary Allan and Robert Charles.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. 
Robert Nixon officiating. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens in Flint at 3 p.m. 
The family will receive friends and family 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the 
funeral home.
