Rademacher, 72, of Westphalia, passed away on Nov. 20, 2008. He was born on Feb. 8, 1936 in Westphalia the son of Simon and Rose (Fandel) Rademacher. He was a member of St. Mary’s Church and the K of C Council #2890. Roger is retired from Consumers Energy after 32 years of service. He enjoyed playing euchre and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his parents, sons Roger Jr. and Jeffrey and three sisters. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Alicia; children, Michelle Lee (Tong) Li of Haslett, Diana (Mark) Pung of Portland, Scott (Carol) Rademacher of St. Johns, and Mark (Denise) Rademacher of Florida; grandchildren Rachel, Erica, Dillon, Derek, Emily, Nicole, Jenna, Anna and Michah; great-grandson, Nathaniel; brothers Ted (Bonnie) Rademacher and Donald (Phyllis) Rademacher; sisters Esther (Gene) Brown, Joan (Paul) Schaefer, and Virginia Simon; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by Rev. Cecilio Reyna on Nov. 24 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Westphalia. Rite of Committal followed at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
