He had been a resident of Portland for many years and was well known here. Mr. Raglin had been in poor health of late, but his condition had not been considered as critical. Deceased was born in Milwaukee, Wis., August 12, 1876. He was married to Mary Schmitz in July, 1901. The widow survives, as do the following children: Stephen Raglin, Ionia; Mrs. Eva Hatt, Lansing; Mrs. Laura Swain, Lansing; S 1/c Floyd Raglin, in the Navy, overseas; Harold Raglin, Lansing; Raymond Raglin, Portland; Mrs. Lillian Gibson, Lansing; Mrs. Al Luna, Portland; Pfc. George Raglin Jr., in the Army, overseas. There are also four brothers and two sisters. They are William Raglin, Lakeview; Eno Raglin and Albert Raglin, VanDyke; Ernest Raglin, Florida; Mrs. Lena Main, Lakeview, and Mrs. Anna Kowatt, Detroit. Funeral services were held at the Neller Funeral home Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Robert Reynhout officiating, and burial was in Portland cemetery.
