Frances was born Sept. 1, 1921 in Ronald Township, Ionia County the daughter of Irl Otis and Ruth Mae Kreeger Wilson. Frances graduated as Valedictorian of Palo High School and later worked for the Murray Corporation and Rayborn Hardware. She enjoyed reading, sewing and cooking. Frances loved to travel, having visited Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria, and she also traveled throughout the United States. She was married on Nov. 1,1947 in Belding to Max D. Raglin, and he survives along with their children, Mark and Suzanne Raglin of Jenison and Brett, Lee and Scott Raglin of Long Beach, Calif. and her sister Marilyn Olmstead of Lansing. She was preceded by her parents; three brothers, Phillip, Bud and Howard and two sisters, Marian Wiggins and Irlene Lozo. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Kendall Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating. Interment will follow in River Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of one's choice.
