Dec. 6, 1918 DAISY TROWBRIDGE-RAIRIGH DIED TUES. Death Due to Pneumonia, Resulting from Influenza, Leaves Husband, Child, Mother, Brother and Sister The second death resulting from pneumonia following influenza, occurred Tuesday evening at 12 o'clock when Daisy Trowbridge Rairigh passed to be with Jesus. She was taken with "flu" on Wednesday, Nov. 27, which rapidly developed into pneumonia. She was at the home of her mother here in town, as her husband had gone to his brother's in Woodland to begin a wood job of work. Both were taken with the trouble and he is now ill at his brothers's home in Woodland. It is thought that the disease may have been contracted from Chas. Trowbridge who returned from camp Custer where he had been at work, as all the family except the mother have had the trouble since his return. Mrs. Rairigh was buried Thursday afternoon. She leaves a little girl 2 years old, named Ilda Marie.
