Lake Odessa Wave - December 6, 1976
          RITES HELD FOR FOSSIE RALOFF
   Miss Flossie Raloff, 69, of Elgin, Ill., passed away Saturday, December 4 at St.
Joseph Hospital at Elgin.
   She was born January 9, 1907 in Ionia County, the daughter of William and
Elizabeth (Henderson) Raloff and 
attended the Lake Odessa school.  She moved to Elgin, Ill., in 1923 and owned and
operated a rest home.
   Surviving are a brother, Rev. Albert Raloff of Adrian; two sisters, Mrs. Edith
Tachilda of South Bend, Ind., and 
Mrs. Thelma Shirley of Lansing; and a niece, Mrs. Betty Hainer of Ada.
   Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Pickens-Koops Funeral
Chapel.  Rev. William Hertel 
officiated with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
