The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, September 19, 1951

Funeral services for Alva J. Ralph, 41, of 208 South Jackson street who died 
at the Ionia County Memorial hospital Wednesday noon, were conducted at the 
Myers funeral home at 1:30 p.m.  The Rev. George L. Rentschler officiated.

Interment was in Keefer cemetery.  Bearers were John Callum, Cliff Randall, 
Ernest Clark and Wesley Laney.
