Services Tuesday For Fred Ramsey
Fred L.Ramsey, 93, passed away Thursday morning at a hospital at New Port 
Richey, Fla. He was a patient at the hospital for a short time but had been in 
ill health.

He was born in Clinton county January 1, 1879, the son of W.D. and Sarah 
(Paxman) Ramsey and had resided at Ovid and Hastings before coming to Lake 
Odessa.

Mr. Ramsey was a member of the Ovid Masonic Lodge. He married Mabel Davis on 
November 8, 1962. She survives; also two stepsons, Sterling Zerbel of Benton 
Harbor and Russell of Hastings; three stepdaughters, Mrs.John (Reva) Hauserman 
of Lake Odessa, Mrs.Austin (Lamoin) Allen of Comstock and Mrs Carl (Vera) Miller 
of Baldwin, several grand and great grand-children.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 11 a.m at Pickens Funeral Chapel, Lake 
Odessa, with graveside services at 2:30 at the Stilson cemetery near Ovid under 
the auspices of the Ovid Masonic Lodge. Rev. Gary Lyons officiated.
