Ramsey, 53, of Portland was almost instantly killed in an automobile accident near Washington, Pa., the last of the week. Mr. Ramsey and his wife were on their vacation touring the east and Mrs. Ramsey was driving when the accident occurred. Mrs. Ramsey is in the hospital at Washington, Pa., severely injured but thought to be recovering. Harold Ramsey, a son, of Traverse City, has gone to Pennsylvania to make arrangements to bring the body home. George Ramsey was born in Portland and has always resided there. Besides his wife and son he leaves two sisters, Mrs. C. I. Rosworth, of Sumner, Wash., and Mrs. Daniel Church of Pocotella, Idaho, and a brother, Ward, in California.
