May 7, 1970 MRS. PEARL RANDALL Mrs. Pearl Mae Randall, 80, 913 West Lincoln, died unexpected Thursday afternoon at the Ionia County hospital shortly after being admitted. Born in White Pigeon, June 26, 1889, she was a daughter of Herbert and Isabelle Taylor Loomis, and moved into the Lyons-Muir area when a young girl where she attended Lyons school and Ionia county normal. On completion she became a teacher in a rural school located on East Riverside drive. She was better known throughout her life as Mae A Valentine's day marriage with E. Arthur Randall took place in 1914 and the couple made their home at the present address the past 50 years. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Maxine Gonnella of Ionia; three sisters, Mrs Helen Anselmino, Mrs.Ruth Looman and Alice Loomis of Flint; two grandsons, and four great-granddaughters. She was a member of First Christian church, Bethany circle of the church, Minnie Howard club and was the last charter member of the Ionia social hour club. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in First Christian church, the Rev. Theodore Forbes officiating.
