          CARD OF THANKS

   We wish to thank the friends and neighbors for the many acts of kindness shown us
during the fire and at 
the time of the funeral of our husband, father, brother and uncle, and especially
for the comforting words of 
the minister, Rev. A. H. Lash, the male quartette and Mrs. Leon Gilson, also Mr. and
Mrs. Clarence Yager, Mrs. 
David Smith and Mrs. Bishop Haddix. We desire to thank also the Masons, Mrs.
Gilson's son, Raymond's 
classmates, the Maccabees, the former employes of the bakery for flowers and many
acts of kindness.
