Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 11 & 15 Apr 1957

Mrs. Elizabeth (Bessie) Raterink, 70, of route three Ionia, died Wednesday afternoon
at the Ionia County memorial hospital, where she had been a patient for two days.

Born in Zeeland, August 9, 1886, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Isenhoff
and was married to Teunis (Tony) Raterink for 34 years.  They lived in Ionia and
vicinity for 14 years.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Surviving are her husband Teunis, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Myers
funeral home with the Rev. George Rentschler officiating.  Interment will be in
Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth (Bessie) Raterink, 70, who died at the Ionia
County memorial hospital Wednesday afternoon, were conducted at the Myers funeral
home Saturday at 1 p.m.  The Rev. George L. Rentschler officiated and interment was
in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Bearers were all nephews, Peter Isenhoff, Lubert Isenhoff, Raymond Isenhoff, Martin
Isenhoff, Allen Isenhoff and John Isenhoff.
