Lake Odessa Wave Thurs. October 16, 1952

RITES SAT. FOR REBECCA RATHBUN

Mrs. Rebecca Rathbun, 83, died Thursday evening at her home from a stroke of 
paralysis suffered several days before. She had spent most of her life in this 
area coming from Ohio when a child.

Surviving are two sisters Mrs Susie Rathbun and Mrs.C.C.Gray of Lansing; two 
brothers Peter Trumpower of Lake Odessa and William Trumpower of Wanham Alberta, 
Canada and several nieces and nephews. Her husband Freeman died in 1916.

Funeral services wee held Saturday at 2 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery, Rev. Lee Jenkins officiated.
