The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, April 16, 1966

Mrs. George Ratz, Cheyenne, Wyo., former Ionia resident, died unexpectedly 
about noon Friday in a Cheyenne hospital where she had been admitted about one-
half hour.

She was born in Ionia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Sayles of King 
street.  Her mother, Mrs. Sayles, and sister, Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Charles of 
Lansing, left by plane Saturday for Cheyenne to attend services.
