Ionia Sentinel Standard, 9 Oct 2003

Raymond H. Read, 57, of Ionia, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003.  He was born
August 30, 1946 in Ionia the son of Albert and Abigail Jane Read.  Raymond
enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and was an avid Nascar fan.  His
granddaughters were very special to him.

Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Dawn of Ionia; sons, Timothy Read, Anthony
Read and Tristan “Guy” (Brenda) Read all of Ionia; granddaughters, Abigail,
Monica and Mylee Read; five brothers and three sisters; aunt, Marcella Read;
numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend an invitation to join them for lunch and a time
of fellowship at the Ionia Moose Lodge, 839 E. Lincoln, Ionia at 1:30 p.m.,
Friday, Oct. 10.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the wishes of
the family.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home,
Cook Chapel.
