Lake Odessa Wave - December 24, 1942
           MAE MCLEOD REAHM PASSED AWAY WED. A.M.
                                      ------------
   Mrs. Mae McLeod Reahm, wife of Albert Reahm in this village passed away about 6
o'clock Wednesday 
morning at her home here after a few days' illness. Mrs. Reahm has been in failing
health for several years but 
able much of the time to be about.  About a year ago, after an illness of several
weeks, she and her husband 
moved to Lake Odessa and located on Jordan Lake Avenue.
   Mrs. Reahm was born August 21, 1878, at Dutton, Kent county, but with her parents
moved to a farm west of 
Lake Odessa where with her husband she has spent most of her life.
   She was married February 1, 1899, To Albert Reahm who survives her, and she
leaves beside , a brother 
John McLeod in Carlton, a brother Gilbert in Woodland, and a sister Mrs. Myrtle
Patrick at Seatte, Wash.
   The funeral will be held from the Wortley & Baine chapel Saturday afternoon at 2
with the Rev. John F. Price 
officiating, with burial at Lakeside cemetery.
