Graduated from Sunfield High School and Michigan State University School of Dairy Manufacturing in 1938. Retired from the state of Michigan, Department of Health after 28 years of service. Veteran of World War II. Member of the Portland United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post #129. Preceded in death by three brothers, Duane, Kendall and Carl and son-in-law, Dick Schwartz. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Marion; three daughters, Marlene (Chuck) Thomas, Barbara Schwartz and Charlene (Skip) Pranger, one son; Fred S.(Deborah Schrauben); nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, two sisters; Pauline (Roy) Hough and Ida (Dennis) Petrie. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 15 at 1100 AM at Portland United Methodist Church, Bridge St. Portland with Rev. Scott K.Otis officiating. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa. Visitation at Gorsline-Runciman Co. Neller Chapel, 210 Bridge St., Portland, Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial contribution may be made to the Portland United Methodist Church or Right to Life of Michigan in Mr.Reahm's memory.
