She was born in Ionia Aug. 21, 1891, the daughter of Herman and Mary Marquardt Hausserman. She attended Coon rural school and Ionia High School. She was employed in the office of Redemsky Coal Yard and married Erwin Redemsky June 29, 1920. They lived in Ionia all their married life. He preceded her in death June 29, 1960. She was a member of Sr. John's Lutheran Church and o the church's Missionary and Charity Circle. She served as first treasurer of the Ionia County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and slow served on the board of Hall-Fowler Memorial Library. She was also a member of the Mothers' Study Club. She is survived by two sons, Blaine of Lakeland, Fla., and Erwin of South Bend. and one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Dunn of Lansing. Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. from St. John's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Leo Kostizen officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery. The family will be at Leddik Funeral Home Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial has been established for St. Johns Lutheran Church, in the care of the funeral home.
