Ionia Sentinel Standard, 24 Sep 1985

Flora E. Reed, 80, of 1828 Mason N.E, Grand Rapids, died Sept. 23.  Born Aug. 6,
1905, in Ionia, she was the daughter of Samuel and Ida Warnock.  She was a
salesperson for Siegel Jewelry in Grand Rapids until her retirement.

Surviving are a step daughter, Evelyn Marsden of Grand Rapids, several step
grandchildren, and a sister, Muriel Hague of Ionia.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Van Strien-Creston Funeral
Home, 1833 Plainfield N.E., Grand Rapids, with the Rev. Timothy Gillette of
Ionia First Baptist Church officiating.  Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery,
Grand Rapids.  The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m.
and 7 to 9 p.m.  A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
