Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Thurs. July 11, 2013

JoAnn Reed, 82, of Ionia passed away July 9, 2013 at her home. She was born 
Sept. 29, 1930 in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Roy and Ada Wilson. JoAnn 
married Marland D. Reed in 1950.

She was a member of Zion Methodist Church and Ionia VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

JoAnn is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Marland Reed of Ionia; 
sons, Brad (Jeannie) Reed of Brooklyn, Mich., and Michael (MaryLou) Reed of 
Florida; grandchildren Ellen Reed, Ryan Reed, Marla Reed, Michelle Reed, Sierra 
Reed, Marilyn Barker and Savannah Barker; and great-granddaughter Abbigail 
Rickar.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 15, 2013 at Zion 
Methodist Church in Ionia with Pastor Cliff Allen officiating. Interment 
Roseland Memorial Gardens in Jackson, Monday at 2 p.m. Visitation will be on 
Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
