Donna R. Reed, 66, of Hubbardston, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at her 
home.  Donna was born December 2, 1947 in Carson City, the daughter of Howard 
and Lena (Johnson) Sparks. 

She worked for the Lyon’s Chrysler plant, before they closed.  Donna enjoyed 
gardening, knitting, painting and making jewelry. 

She is survived by her companion Delane Silvernail, four children Stevie 
(Michelle) Reed Jr. of Ionia, Howard (Julie) Reed of Hubbardston, Raymond Reed 
of Lyons, MaryJane Reed of Carson City, nine grandchildren Josh, Buck, Kevin, 
Shelly, Kastana, Derek, Tristan, Tabatha, Trent and six great grandchildren.  
Also sisters Madeline, Dorothy, Mereita, Kay (Bill), Diane and many nieces and 
nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Vivian, 
sister Laveda, brothers Russell and Butch Sparks. 

A memorial dinner will be held at the Hubbardston American Legion at a later 
date.  Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home.
