Lloyd William Reed, 63, of Matherton, passed away April 24, 2014 in Carson 
City.  He was born August 14, 1950 in Matherton the son of Oral and Ona (Beebe) 
Reed.

Lloyd married Carol Malek on January 29, 1972 in Matherton.  He worked for 
Ventra of Ionia. 

Lloyd is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carol Reed of Matherton; mother, Ona 
Reed of Matherton; sons, Lloyd (Carielle) Reed Jr. of Belding and Jason Reed of 
Matherton; brother, Steve Reed of Matherton; sisters, Judith (Cleo) Schlegel of 
Matherton, Linda (Doug) Maybee of Matherton, and Sally (Don) Fields of Carson 
City; grandchildren, Lauryn and Lucas; many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, 
nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Oral and son, Jamie.

Services have already taken place.  Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home of Muir.  
Memorials may be made to his family.
