BONIETTA (BONNY) REED 1922-2016
Bonietta (Bonny) Reed was born July 11, 1022 to Bert and Evah Jackson on the 
family farm that her grandfather homesteaded when he came to Michigan from 
Canada.

Her education was the rural Bushnell School where her father and grandmother had 
also attended. She graduated from Clarksville High School in 1939 as 
Salutatorian. After that, she went on to Business school and worked a short time 
for a Sprayer factory as secretary to four men until she was married. In 1942, 
she married Milo Reed. To this union with Milo (She also calls him Mike) Reed 
were born six children, four of whom survive; Jo (Dan) Ayres, Jack Reed, Jan 
(Phil) Thelen, and Jari (Bud) Collins. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Evah; husband Milo in 2006; 
son James and daughter Joan Livingston in 2002; granddaughter Julaine in 1999; 
great granddaughter Brittney in 2015; and two brothers Lyle and Bud Jackson.

She leaves to mourn her brothers, Keith,  Roger and Gary Jackson, 13 
grandchildren, ad a host of great-grandchildren nieces, nephews, and many 
friends.

As per her wishes she will be cremated with a memorial service at Clarksville 
Bible Church where she had been a member since she accepted Jesus as her Savior 
and became her Lord in 1953.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. April 16 with Visitation one hour 
prior to service at Clarksville Bible Church in Clarksville, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Clarksville Bible Church.
