Sentinel-Standard - Saturday, May 13, 1961

Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland for

Floyd H. Reed, 75, of 825 Green street. He died Friday evening at his home.

He was born in Portland April 30, 1886, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Reed. He had

been a resident of Portland since 1951 and had previously lived in  Flint.

Prior to his retirement he worked at Devine hotel nine years.

He was a member of Woodman lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Rose, and one sister, Mrs. Iva North of Lansing.

Officiating will be the Rev. Ms. Blanche Neller and burial will be at Portland 
cemetery.
