Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 21 Oct 1955

Mrs. Oren Reeder, 79, Sebewa Corners, died Thursday morning at her home 
following a long illness.  Mrs. Reeder was born Sarah Louise Aungst, daughter 
of Mr. and Mrs. William Aungst May 3, 1876 in Lenawee county.  She married Mr. 
Reeder July 4, 1894.  They were the parents of six children, four of them still 
living.

Survivors include her husband and four daughters, Mrs. Anna McDonald of 
Chelsea, Mrs. Olive York of Portland, Mrs. Nellie Canfield of Mulliken, and 
Mrs. Lillian Neff of Lansing, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Mapes funeral home with the 
Rev. John Carrick officiating.  Burial will be in the Danby cemetery.
