Roy Reeder, age 69 years, a life long resident of Bushnell township, died 
Monday afternoon in the Sheridan hsopital after a week's illness.  He had 
lived all his life on the farm where he was born. Sept 9, 1933, he was married 
to Erma Reeder, who survives him. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Nettie 
Andrews of Norge, Va., Mrs. Foster Thompson of North Plains Township, Mrs. 
Byron Terry of Middleton, and Mrs. Elsie Lutz of Vickeryville; one brother, 
Wilson G. Reeder of Stockbridge.  Mr. Reeder was a member of the Gleaner Lodge 
and the Oddfellow lodge of Palo.  Funeral services were held at the 
quarterline church, Bushnell, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Lewis 
Herrick officiated and burial was in Palo Cemetery.
