October 30, 2021 REEDER Clark E. Reeder age 89 of Ionia passed away October 23, 2021. He was born June 14, 1932 in Ionia, the son of Robert L.and Oletha Mae (Johnson) Reeder. Clark married JoEllen Costello April 20, 1952 inIonia. She preceded him in death December 25, 2015 after 63 years of marriage. Clark farmed all his life and was a member of various organizations related to farming, Ionia Chapter of FFA receiving his State Farmer Degree, past member of Michigan Milk Producers and life member of Farm Bureau. He was a member of LeValley United Methodist Church. He as a past member of Pheasants Forever. Clark accomplished receiving a pilot's license and enjoyed flying whenever possible. He loved hunting, including trips out west and enjoyed collecting Native American Artifacts. Surviving Clark are his children; Holly Ingvartsen of Ionia, Merry(Tim) McNally of Ionia, Dan (Maureen) Reeder of Ionia and Kelly (Bill) Carlton of Portland. Grandchildren; Lenny, Corey and Andy Ingvartsen of Ionia, Almee (Marc) Fennell of Grand Rapids, Tiffany (Jason) Seiler of Portland,Rob (Jess) Reeder of Ionia, Kate (Eric) Einstein of San Diego, CA. Caleb (Jaima Beth) Carlton Of Knoxville, TN, and Bryce (Brynlee) Carlton Of Alto. Great-grandchildren; Kyrsten, Cody, Hailey, Remi Sue, Spencer, Nathan, Tyler, Abigail, Kelsey, William, Owen, Sadie, Mica and Maple. Great-great granddaughter Sophie. Sister Lois Eddy of Missouri, Brother Larry Reeder of Ionia. Sister-in-law Carolin Piercefield of Ionia. Clark was preceded in dat by his parents, wife JoEllen, son-in-law Larry Ingvartsen, and granddaughters, Jennifer and Jaime McNally. Funeral services will be at LeValley United Methodist Church Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Nancy Patera officiating. Private interment Tuttle Cemetery. Visitation will be at theLake Funeral Home in Ionia Thursday 2- 4 and 6-8 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Lansing-Ionia Area Hospice or LeValley United Methodist Church.
