Bob Reese, age 75, of Lake Odessa passed away after a brief illness at Spectrum 
Health Butterworth Campus on Sunday, January 12, 2014.  He was born to Paul and 
Mary (Friedel) Reese on December 12, 1938 in Lake Odessa. 

Bob was a 1957 graduate of Lake Odessa High School.  Bob served his country in 
the Army from 1957 to 1959 then spent the next two years in the Army Reserves.  
On November 12, 1960 he married Lois Klingman and they celebrated 53 years of 
bliss.  Bob worked for Keeler Brass for 39 years before his retirement.  When 
not working he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, trap shooting, golf, 
gardening and spending time with friends and family. 

Bob leaves behind; his wife Lois, son Douglas (Vicki) Reese, grandsons Jacob 
and Jeremy, brother Paul (Debbie) Reese along with many nieces and nephews and 
a cat named Buddy.  Preceding Bob in death are; his parents, siblings Paul S., 
Tommy and Mary Jo Reese. 

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at 
Koops Funeral Chapel 935 4th Ave, Lake Odessa, 48849.  A funeral service is 
scheduled for Monday, January 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Koops Funeral Chapel.  
Interment will follow Lakeside Cemetery with Full Military Honors.  Memorials 
may be given to the VFW Post 4461, Lake Odessa, MI general fund.
