Daily Sentinel - Thursday, May 23, 1912

Ora Bell Curtis was born July 30, 1882 and died May 12, 1912 at Topeka, Kas. 
She was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Curtis of Easton township and 
received her early education in the schools of Ionia county. At the age of 
18 she accepted Christ as her Savior from which faith she never departed, 
and expected some day to dwell with Him in Glory. She was united in marriage 
to Mr. George Regis April 23, 1902. To this union was born one child, 
Marjory who together with husband, father and mother, survive to mourn the 
loss of a loving mother and devoted wife and daughter. The funeral was held 
at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Curtis, Thursday at one 
o'clock and the remains were laid to rest in the Saranac cemetery. The whole 
community extend their heartfelt sympathy to this bereaved family who are 
completely crushed.
