Ionia Sentinel Standard, 30 Nov 1961

Mrs. Jennie Belle Reichter, 80, died early Thursday morning at her home on 
route two, Ionia township, where she had made her home the past 41 years.  
Before moving to Ionia, she had resided in Orleans and Lyons.

She was born in Illinois, May 14, 1881, the daughter of Darwin and Hope Wood. 
She was married to Homer Reichter who died in 1956.  A daughter, Mary, died in 
1958.  Mrs. Reichter was a member of LeValley Methodist church.

She is survived by a brother, Jesse Wood of Flint; a niece, Mrs. Margaret 
Livingston of route two, and several other nieces and nephews.

The body will be at Stone-Kauffman funeral home until Saturday noon when it 
will be removed to LeValley Methodist church for funeral service at 2:30 p.m.  
Interment will be at Lyons cemetery.
