E. church, Friday afternoon, with Rev. Louis Herrick in charge. Music was furnished by Mrs. Guy Comstock. Mrs. Charles Buckley and Page Borden sang one number. Bearers were Byron Arntz of Vickeryville, Byron Haskins of Orleans, D. J. Heath and William Howe of Palo and Charles Swain and James Little of Grand Rapids. Interment was in the Palo cemetery. Mr. Reimer was born in Bangor, Pennsylvania, 82 years ago and came to Palo with his family when a youth of 11 years. He has spent practically his entire life in this village but of late years has spent the winter months in Grand Rapids. He leaves besides his wife, Martha, one son, Glenn Reimer of Grand Rapids and a sister, Mrs. Emma Copeman of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Many of the fine homes in Palo and vicinity reflect his skill in carpentry which was his life occupation.
