Anna B. Reiser Passes Away
Mrs.Anna B.Reiser, 97, one of the oldest residents of the area passed away 
Monday evening at the Christian Nursing Home at Belding. She had been a patient 
there three years.

A lifelong resident of the area. she was born July 13, 1870, daughter of George 
and Mary (Richard) Becker in Ionia County. She married Frank Reiser, May 1, 1901 
and he passed away in 1938.

Mrs.Reiser was a member of the Congregational Church for 74 years and was an 
active worker in the work of the church and Sunday school as long as her health 
permitted. She had also served in various offices of the church, and member of 
the Woman's fellowship.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.Ernest(Geraldine) Klahn, Lake Odessa; a 
granddaughter, Mrs.Richard (Barbara) Graeff of Muskegon; and two great-
grandsons.

Funeral services are to be held Thursday (today) at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral 
Chapel. Rev. Arthur Ruder officiating with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
