Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. October 16, 1947

Mrs. George Reiser Buried Saturday
Mrs.George F. Reiser, 61, died at her home here Thursday evening of last week, 
after several months of ill health.

She was born in North Plains township, the daughter of Mr and Mrs Jacob 
Abfalter. She had been a resident of this village for the past 40 years.

Surviving are the husband, two daughters, Mrs.Madeline Grego at Los Angeles, 
Calif., and Mrs.Marie Tischer in Lake Odessa, one sister Mrs.Mary Leffler, Lake 
Odessa, and one brother Frank Abfalter in Ionia.

Funeral services were conducted from the house on south Fourth Avenue at 3:30 
Saturday afternoon with the Rev. Victor W. Thrall officiating. Interment was in 
Lakeside Cemetery.
