Ionia Daily Sentinel, 13 Aug 1912

Telegrams received here this morning from San Diego, California, announced the 
death at that place of Mrs. Louis Reithmiller, formerly Miss Jean Fuller, 
daughter of Mrs. Phoebe Fuller,  Mr. and Mrs. Reithmiller went to California 
some time ago to make their home and it was planned that the other members of 
the family would join them there soon for a visit.  Her sudden death entirely 
unexpected here was a terrible shock to her many friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Reithmiller were married here October 3, 1911, both having been 
residents of Ionia.  Mrs. Reithmiller was for many years an Ionia girl having 
moved here from Mason.  She was well known to a wide circle of friends, and was 
a prominent member of the W.L.C. and other local clubs.

By a coincidence one of her closest friends, Miss Martha Steele happens to be 
in California at the present time, although in San Francisco.  She was notified 
this morning by wire of the death.

None of the particulars of the death were received other than that it followed 
child birth.
