Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. March 11, 1980


GREENVILLE – Eva Repik, 84 of Haynor Road in rural Ionia died Sunday evening at 
the Greenville Extended Care Facility.

Mrs. Repik was born in Mari Kova, Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Stefan and 
Eva Hollack Kucej. She was married to Stephen Repik in 1917 and they came to 
the United States in 1927.

She has resided at her present home since 1935, where she assisted in the 
operation of a small truck garden.

She was a member of the St. Peter and Paul Church. Mrs. Repik’s husband died in 
1974.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. LaVern (Mary) Keena of Belding and Anna 
Repik of Ionia; one son, Cyril Repik of Czechoslovakia and eight grandchildren.

Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the St. Peter and Paul Church, with 
Father Henry Dondzila officiating.

Burial will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Scriptural wake service will be 
at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Leddick Funeral Home.

Friends and Relatives may visit the family from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the 
funeral home.
