Fr. Gerard Guzikowski, assisted by the Rev. Fr. John Fons and the Rev. Fr. Farrell at SS Peter and Paul church for Mrs. Katherine Repik Tuesday at 9 a.m. following a short prayer service at the home. Interment was in the family lot at Mt. Olivet cemetery. Born in Czechoslovakia on September 6, 1885, she was united in marriage to John Repik January 25, 1910. They came to this country in September of the same year and lived in Vancouver, Washington, until moving to Ionia in 1918. Surviving besides her husband, are three sons, Andrew, John Jr., and Edward; two grandsons, John III and Michael all of Ionia; one brothers, Steve Bracinik of Swartz Creek; and two sisters in Europe. The pallbearers were John Krhovsky, Joseph Krhovsky, Martin Rumisek, William Ciganick, Michael Kazik and Joseph Supina Sr. Flowers were in charge of Mrs. Joseph Krhovsky and Miss Elsie Rumisek. Attending the services from away were Steven Bracinik, Mr. and Mrs. George Cimbalik and son, Edward, and John Sopko, all of Swartz Creek; Mr. and Mrs. William Condon of Lowell; Mr. and Mrs. William White of Holt; Mr. and Mrs. William Ciganick; Mrs. Martin Brakara Sr., and Lewis Gasper of Belding; and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ciganick, of Lyons.
