Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday April 28, 1949

Rites for Mrs Cynthia Rhodes held Thurs.

Mrs. Clyde Shoemaker Sr., Mrs and Mrs Clyde Shoemaker Jr. and Miss Jackie 
Shoemaker attended the funeral services for Mrs.Cynthia Rhodes R.N.. Members of 
the Disabled Veterans and Auxiliary escorted the body from the Stebbins Funeral 
Home at Sheridan to the Fenwick Methodist church where services were held 
Saturday, April 21 with Rev. F.R. Arnold of Ohio officiating.

Rev. Arnold also officiated at the funeral services of her husband who died 
several year ago and at their wedding.

Mrs. Rhodes was loved by all who knew her and held in high regard by all the 
community because of her services and assistance rendered everyone wherever 
possible.
